Well... I'd like to live abroad for a while (preferably in an english speaking country) but... looking at what happens in the world (both politically and nature wise) maybe staying in southern Germany wouldn't be such a bad idea after all. It's boring... but at least I know my house will still be standing tomorrow and I won't get shot in the street.

I hate it here...
So we moved early in January to this shithole of a house my mom and sister just *love*. Seriously, according to them, this place is sooooo much better than our old home. See it doesn't have night-heat-storing-units that store heat via electricity at night and release it during the day (admittedly and outdated and crappy system, because you get lots of heat in the morning when you probably don't need it and no heat at night when you do) we now have a state of the art oil heating system that you can turn up and down as needed. Except that when you turn it down during the day because you're at work and then turn it up when you go to bed because
Moving sucks!
So I've been working from morning till evening for 3 days now, just so I can move into a house I intensely dislike. I mean our old house sucks, but this isn't actually better and my sister's and mom's constant optimistic remarks are so annoying!
I mean I get that my sister is excited... she's going to have a room that is twice as big as her old one and a huge balcony. I on the other hand will be living in a room half the size of my old one and have only one window... that faces the south... with no trees or houses or anything to provide shadow. Summer's gonna be fantastic this year!
Oh, and just for shits and giggles, guess who'll be paying
